RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

If product is damaged, misrepresented on our website, or the wrong product was shipped, Deep South Products will provide a full refund or exchange for the appropriate product if the customer desires.If the wrong product is ordered or no longer needed, customer must pay for return shipping to Deep South Products Lakeland Shop. Product must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION uninstalled, with no damage, and with ALL included hardware to granted a refund with a 30% restocking fee (Apparel not included). Item must be in resellable condition in order to get money back.

We offer refunds minus all shipping charges and restocking fees on all non-custom items. Custom items such as custom fabrication and powder coating are non-refundable. SHIPPING POLICY

We go above and beyond in packaging your order to make sure it arrives ready to install!

All roofs ship via a large pallets on an LTL/Freight Truck. Please note that LTL/Freight shipments always have to have someone to sign for the item(s), or they will NOT be delivered.

Shipping rates are for Commercial addresses only. If you would like us to ship to a Residential address, please contact us for rates. 

Shipping & Tracking

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Due to restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please email info@deepsouthproducts.com for international shipping rates.

As we are a BUILD TO ORDER small business, all products take 3-6 weeks to be built and shipped!  A separate tracking number will be emailed to you for each shipment. 

*IMPORTANT* DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

Although we strive to make sure your items, BIG & SMALL, are packed extremely well, sometimes negligence by the carriers and shipping companies that are handling your items occurs.

  • IF YOU RECEIVE your freight or package(s) and there appears to be significant damage, you must either ACCEPT OR DENY the shipment(s).
  • IF YOU ACCEPT, you understand that the freight and any damage that has occurred is NOT the responsibility of the freight/shipping carrier, or Deep South Products.
  • IF YOU DENY the freight or package(s), we will file a claim and do our best to get you a replacement quickly. Replacement items can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on production backlog, but we ALWAYS try to get them out quickly.

If you have accepted the freight, and realize later there was damage, you can contact the freight company and file a claim. We can help by sending a value for the said damage. 

We are not able to submit a damage claim AFTER the items have been installed. 

Please know, we want our items to get to you in perfect condition, every time. It is physically impossible, and damage does happen. We hope that you let us handle it on your behalf so we can make sure you're a happy customer. 

PICK UP POLICY

Local customers can pick up at our Lakeland, FL Shop. PLEASE CALL BEFOREHAND for a pick up appointment. Our OFFICE business hours are 9-5pm Monday- Thursday!
